CSSW have 100% of its workforce holding CSCS cards and work closely with Construction Skills (CITB) to ensure the further development of its workforce and management staff.
All Works Managers and Foreman Hold SMSTS and NVQ level 3 in construction Management.
Our training dept. have an extensive range of training aids and toolbox talks at their disposal to ensure continued development of our workforce. including the provision of NVQ's.

CSSW are certified under CSCS and have 100% of its site based workforce holding CSCS,CPCS or CISRS cards.
We also hold CHAS membership and access to the International Institute of Risk Safety Management (IIRSM)
